As Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, I advise banks, wealth managers, and financial services firms across Europe on their most consequential challenges: regulatory change, digital transformation, and strategic repositioning. As a Board Member and Audit & Risk Committee Chair at Zuger Kantonalbank, I bring that same perspective to the governance table.

My path to this work was deliberate but unconventional. I started in strategy consulting at McKinsey, then moved into private banking — first at UBS, then at Notenstein La Roche — where I saw firsthand how institutions of all sizes adapt when faced with strategic, regulatory, and technological change. That experience led me to additiv, a global WealthTech platform, where I spent six years as a member of the executive team scaling the business fourfold, building partnerships across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and learning what it actually takes to make digital transformation work — not in theory, but in practice.

That combination — the strategic rigour of consulting, the institutional reality of banking, and the operator's instinct from scaling a technology company — is what I bring to every engagement. I'm most useful where these worlds collide: a bank rethinking its business, operating and sourcing model, a wealth manager modernising its platform and, a board navigating regulatory and technological disruption simultaneously.
