WealthTech & Digital Transformation
Six years scaling a global WealthTech platform taught me what most consultants never learn: the difference between a transformation strategy and one that actually gets implemented. I advise on platform selection and vendor evaluation, digital channel architecture, and the build-vs-buy decisions that define whether a modernisation programme succeeds or stalls. I know the vendor landscape — from core banking systems to systems of intelligence and interaction and AI — from both the buyer's and the builder's side.
Board & Governance
As a sitting board member and Audit & Risk Committee Chair at a Swiss cantonal bank, I understand governance not as an abstraction but as a practice. I bring financial services expertise, technology literacy, and regulatory fluency to the boardroom. I'm particularly effective where boards face digital disruption, regulatory scrutiny, or strategic inflection points — and need a director who can engage substantively with management on the detail, not just the headline.
Regulatory & Transaction Advisory
I've worked across regulatory regimes and know how they shape strategy, not just compliance. My current work includes advising on regulatory remediation, qualified participations and change-of-control transactions, fit & proper assessments, and cross-border regulatory coordination. I bring this lens to M&A, strategic investments, and restructuring mandates where regulation isn't a side constraint — it's the central question.
